Change Registered Product Ownership within Same Company

To change the registered owner of a NetAlly product within the same company, make sure that the new owner has a Registration Account by following the Creating an Account steps located in this KB article https://support.netally.com/kbhome/kbarticle/?id=8c2e8341-d480-4f01-be8f-e42bfcf1bf5d.
 
Once you have an account, proceed to Register A Product, as you would if you wanted to register it the first time. (Follow the Register Your Product section from this KB article https://support.netally.com/kbhome/kbarticle/?id=8c2e8341-d480-4f01-be8f-e42bfcf1bf5d).
  • Enter the product's serial number (the product name will auto-populate)
  • Enter the original purchase date (use the Month/Day/Year format or use the Calendar to select the date)
  • Enter the name of the distributor where the product was purchased
  • Select Register Product

This will transfer the product registration from the previous owner to the new owner.
