• Click on the Forgot Your Password link at the bottom left of the CUSTOMER SIGN IN page
• Enter your login email address and select Send Email

A password reset email will be sent to you from No-Reply@netally.com providing you with a link to reset your password.  If you do not receive the email, check in your junk mail or spam filters and whitelist no-reply@netally.com.  Once you have whitelisted the email address, the email should either be released, or you may have to follow the steps above again, depending on your settings.
