Web Proxy Support & White-Listing (Link-Live)

Your network environment might require going through a proxy to access the Internet.* You also have the ability to white-list our URLs to help connect to the Cloud.


Don't know if you use a web proxy?

You can always check with your administrator or if they aren't available, check your Internet Properties on a Windows computer. Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings. Keep in mind that any configuration settings in Automatic configuration or Proxy server means your environment uses a web proxy or security software that could impact how your LinkSprinter communicates with Link-Live.

 

You can white-list the following URLs server-side:
 

  • linksprintermanagement-prod.herokuapp.com (cloud domain used by older units)
  • linksprintermanagement.com (cloud domain used by newer units)
  • https://mgmt.link-live.com
  • https://api.link-live.com
  • linksprintermanagement.herokuapp.com
  • mgmt.link-live.com
  • link-live-mgmt-prod.herokuapp.com
  • app.link-live.com
  • link-live.com
  • www.link-live.com
  • fnetidentityapi.herokuapp.com
  • id.link-live.com
  • vnc.link-live.com
  • tinyurl.com
  • link-live-data-private.s3.amazonaws.com
  • link-live-data-public.s3.amazonaws.com
  • link-live-data-public-test.s3.amazonaws.com


​If there’s a difference between the options in your proxy, please whitelist https:// versions of these as well.
